John’s Island Club Hosts 2015 U.S. Mid-Amateur Championship

The United States Golf Association (USGA) today announced John’s Island Club, in Vero Beach, Fla., as the host site for the 2015 U.S. Mid-Amateur Championship. This will be the first USGA championship held at John’s Island Club. The dates of the championship are Oct. 3-8.

May Sales Heat Up!

Oceanfront real estate sales are heating up as fast as the late Spring temps, John's Island Real Estate Company reports. Seven properties were placed under contract around the second week of May alone - five of which were oceanfront properties.

Since January 2011, John's Island Real Estate Company has either sold, or placed 55 properties under contract. More than half of those sales are oceanfront properties and in spite of the down economy in 2010, first quarter sales are up 67% over the same period last year-more than any competitor - in fact, no competitor even came close.

Our first quarter sales show a 67% increase over the same period last year, tying it for our 2nd best quarter ever!
