A full roster of over 30 group fitness classes are offered during season and include Pilates mat classes, Power Yoga and heart-racing Zumba classes. Our Private Pilates Studio contains reformers, trapeze, ladder barrel, spine correctors and combo chairs to improve your Pilates practice. And at the end of the day, after a long workout, reward yourself with a deep tissue massage given by one of our highly educated, licensed massage therapists.
